Maruyama, the president of deLTa, found this Downton Cooper S 20 years ago in U.K. The engine has been overhauled and tuned by the former Downton engineer, Brian Slark and its block is the original from Downton Works used in the Formula Junior. It has 110 horse power. everything else such as the suspensions, the body, etc has also been fully restored. This is the ultimate mini!!!!
